Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team. As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching various dance styles to students of all ages. This is an exciting opportunity to share your love for dance and inspire others to develop their skills and creativity.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging dance lessons to students, incorporating various dance styles such as ballet, tap, jazz, and lyrical
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth
- Develop choreography for performances and recitals
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their technique and performance
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with different learning styles or abilities
- Ensure the safety of students during dance classes, rehearsals, and performances
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate schedules, events, and performances
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field of dance education

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Dance Instructor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and other dance styles
- Experience working with children of various age groups, from early childhood through adolescence
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques in a classroom setting
- Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment for students
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
