Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Administrator to oversee our home health operations. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our home health agency, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, caregivers, and administrative personnel.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Conduct regular assessments of patient care plans and ensure that care is delivered according to established standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities..
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and excellence in patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care, with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing compassionate care and advocating for the needs of clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31.00 - $52.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
