Do you have experience leading a successful childcare center? We want to tap into that expertise! Just 4 Us Childcare, an award-winning St. Charles County employer, is seeking a motivated, energetic, creative, organized, personable, and fun individual to fill the role of Floating Director for our 4 centers across Saint Charles County.

In this leadership role, you will manage the overall business operations of the center. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, developing and implementing curriculum, and ensure that the center is meeting all state licensing requirements. Our ideal candidate has exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. We need someone who truly understands the importance of education in children's lives—and will cultivate trusting, caring relationships with children, families, and teachers.

Candidates must have progressively responsible, hands-on teaching experience. Experience as a Director, Assistant Director or Manager of a daycare or preschool is strongly preferred. Must be CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain shortly after hire. Must have or be willing to obtain a Class E (chauffeurs) driver’s license in order to operate buses and vans for transporting children if necessary. Must be flexible and have good problem solving skills. Strong, friendly personality is a must. Ability to be self-directed necessary. Must have strong computer skills to include Word, Publisher, Excel, and Quick Books, and have the ability to learn new software quickly. Must have exceptional ability to get along with others and provide supervision to staff.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
