We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need. Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning clients as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities or autism in achieving their personal goals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality
Skills:
- Experience in assisted living, home care, or hospice care is preferred
- Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to perform basic medical tasks such as taking vital signs
- Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
