Our client, a mid-size firm Plaintiff firm, is seeking a remote Personal Injury Attorney. A Law degree from a fully accredited law school is required. An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association is needed. Should have 3 years of personal injury experience. Should have the ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills are needed. A self-starter driven by long-term career goals is needed. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.

Duties:

• Handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandum.
• Guiding clients through the case process.
• Interacting with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports, and affidavits.
• Attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
