**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction plumbing, using power tools, pipe threading, welding, and performing heavy lifting tasks. **Duties:** - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings - Use power tools and pipe threading equipment to work on plumbing projects - Perform welding tasks as needed for plumbing repairs - Assist with general maintenance person duties related to plumbing work - Engage in heavy lifting activities to move materials and equipment - Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople on construction projects - Estimate construction costs for plumbing installations and repairs - Provide field service for plumbing emergencies and routine maintenance **Experience:** - Proven experience in construction plumbing or a related field - Proficiency in using power tools and pipe threading equipment - Ability to weld as necessary for plumbing repairs - Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor - Knowledge of construction estimating practices - Previous work as a carpenter or in a similar trade is beneficial - Field service experience is a plus Join our team as a Plumbing Technician and showcase your skills in a dynamic work environment.
