Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the behavioral health services provided to patients, ensuring high-quality care and treatment. This role involves managing patient cases, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and implementing care plans.

Duties:

- Conduct mental health assessments for patients

- Implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Manage patient cases and provide ongoing support
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Work with pediatric patients, PCPs, specialists to address behavioral health concerns
