• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a can-do attitude throughout the day;
• Enjoy field work with unique daily challenges, both physical and mental;
• Treat everybody with whom you interact with kindness and respect, including clients, neighbors, partners, waste management facilities workers, and the general public;
• Educate clients on Junk Masters services, pricing, and environmental impact;
• Maintain a professional appearance by the company dress policy;
• Prevent property damage by working as a team to move items to the truck carefully, and safely maneuvering the truck at all times;
• Follow company policy for the use of personal protective equipment;
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Junk Masters' vision, mission, strategy, and core values;
• Perform daily truck inspection reports and report maintenance issues immediately.

• Must be physically fit and able to lift at least 75 (lbs);
• Clean drug test and background check;
• Driver candidates need a clean DL record;
• Eligible for a DOT health card.

• Earn $17 - $20 per hour base pay;
• Average $1,000 per month in tips - that's an additional $6 per hour;
