The Customer Care Team Member is a direct link of the brand to our customers, and plays a critical role in our mission to share the benefits of hemp and sustainable fashion with the world. Job Summary

The primary responsibilities of the position will be to interact with e-commerce customers via phone, email, social media, as well as, through both scheduled and live text chat. The Customer Care Team Member also plays a key organizational role in our on-site warehouse, interacting with our warehouse staff on a daily basis to help ensure a flawless customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all inbound customer service inquiries across all channels in a timely manner
  • Ensure customer issues, concerns, and/or questions are resolved with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with purchases, returns, refunds, points allocation and other order related inquiries following established procedures
  • Be knowledgeable about products in order to make recommendations to customers and answer any related questions
  • Treat every customer with respect, kindness and compassion to exceed the company’s and the customer’s expectations
  • Effectively communicate with supervisors and peers to share information including updating documents so that co-workers are able to track service inquiries and resolution.
  • Successfully communicate with the warehouse to ensure that all orders are being processed and shipped in a timely manner
  • Report any issues with order processing systems immediately: proactively identify potential issues
  • Identify opportunities improve processes that could positively impact the customer’s experience
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience (1 years) and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience position preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and to respond with flexibility to urgent, unexpected requests is required
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with good follow through
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred
  • Must have experience using computer systems and ability to learn and use Company specific software programs; experience with Gorgias or similar customer service platforms preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of e-commerce software, including Shopify, Loop and Apparel Magic a plus
  • Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and work in a team environment
  • Willingness to adapt to changes in a growing organization
