**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on family planning, physical examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and more.
**Secondary Language requirement: Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, or Mandarin (Chinese) **
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret test results
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed
- Utilize aseptic techniques during procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
**Requirements:**
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in [State]
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Proficiency in conducting family planning services
