Job Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned IT Engineer with expertise in Networking & System Integration. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of various systems and optimizing connectivity. This position demands a strategic thinker who can design, implement, and oversee secure network infrastructures, ensuring all our systems work in harmony.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of network infrastructures.
• Spearhead the integration of systems such as Verifone, Smartsafes, SSCS, loyalty programs, and payment systems.
• Troubleshoot and rectify issues related to network outages, slow transaction times, and system interruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system needs and provide IT solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in networking and system integration.
• Provide training and support to staff on newly implemented systems and technologies.
• Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Implement IT security measures to protect data and maintain compliance with JumpStart's IT policies.
