RelationalResponsibilities:

 Knowledgeableof each residents name, religious affiliation, core beliefs and honor theirpractices and personal faith disciplines. Maintain an ecumenical attitude.

ProvideLeadership for serving communion to home-bound residents.

Welcomeand prepare a pastoral care report of new residents.

 Visitresidents in the hospital as needed

Incoordination with hospice care staff, assist dying residents and families withpreserving their dignity, spiritual needs, empathy, and understanding.

ProvideLeadership and participation during Sunday school and Worship.

ProvideLeadership for Bible Study and Devotional activities

Assistin providing a caring positive atmosphere with staff, residents, families, andvisitors. Allow JFC core values to inform decisions and choices.

AdministrativeResponsibilities:

Assistin planning and coordinating Spiritual Life activities

 Assistwith developing and delivering correspondence to residents and family members.

EducationalRequirements:

SeminaryEducation (Masters of Divinity preference)
