Client Engagement : Build relationships with clients and assist them in finding insurance coverage that meets their specific needs.
Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of different insurance products and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Sales Support : Assist our sales team by providing administrative support, coordinating client meetings, and maintaining client databases.
Customer Service : Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirement
