We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Residential Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the execution of residential construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the construction phases of new residential projects.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans to ensure successful project completion.
  • Manage project risks and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Communicate regularly with project teams to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Ensure that project teams are properly staffed and trained to meet project requirements.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5-10 years of experience managing or inspecting construction projects
  • Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and deliver the highest quality.
  • Proven strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team is a must!
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and building codes
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including engineers, architects, contractors, and clients
  • Bi-Lingual ability in English/ Spanish is a plus but not required

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full time 
  • Salary at $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience
