We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Residential Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the execution of residential construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the construction phases of new residential projects.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans to ensure successful project completion.
- Manage project risks and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Communicate regularly with project teams to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure that project teams are properly staffed and trained to meet project requirements.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5-10 years of experience managing or inspecting construction projects
- Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and deliver the highest quality.
- Proven strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team is a must!
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including engineers, architects, contractors, and clients
- Bi-Lingual ability in English/ Spanish is a plus but not required
Salary and Benefits:
- Full time
- Salary at $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience
