Qualification / Responsibilities :

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have knowledge of practical application of Life Enrichment skills such as creative expression, music, group leadership, crafts, leisure, etc.
• Activity Professional Certified or higher preferred, but not required(certification is required to complete assessments and MDS independently).
• Minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a recreational or social setting preferred, not required.
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational / intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.
