At Juicy Kitchen, our mission is to nurture people with healthy, creative, flavorful food prepared with love! We cater to vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free diets and use organic and local ingredients as much as possible. We are looking for an experienced, reliable, motivated individual to manage our wholesale production. Job duties include training new employees, managing inventory, following all food safety protocols, maintaining an extremely clean work environment at all times, efficiently cooking, packaging, and labeling prepared foods, following recipes, and end of shift clean up. Shifts take place on Mondays and Tuesdays from 6:30-7am until 3pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3pm-9 or 10pm, and Sundays 4pm-8 or 9pm. Applicants should have prior restaurant experience, feel comfortable in a management position, and have a passion for cooking healthy, veggie-forward food with local ingredients.
