Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, such as espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Operate coffee-making equipment with precision and care
- Upsell products and engage customers in a friendly manner
- Handle cash transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer needs
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
