Judicate West is seeking a part-time Facilities Attendant who will maintain overall office cleanliness and other duties. This includes consistent sanitization, re-stocking, setting up and breaking down catering, greeting guests, and ensuring that all guests adhere to safety protocols in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Sanitization of conference rooms, client and neutral lounges, and all high-touch areas throughout the office.
• Organizes each catering delivery timely, setting up all non-perishable items needed in advance.
• Ensures cleanliness of lounge, conference rooms, and office .
• Maintains a clean and organized working environment and professional appearance.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering questions and potential planning for future service needs.
• Maintaining inventory of food and beverages as well as any specific requests clients make.
• Stock supplies and keep inventory of supplies.
• Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience & Knowledge: High School diploma, GED, 1-year related experience.

Job Type: Part-time, Non-Exempt, Monday- Friday 10:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.

Compensation: $17-18 per hour
