Archiving and Compliance Specialist (Chandler, AZ)
As an Archiving and Compliance Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and supporting our system of record for electronic communications. Join our fast-paced production environment where compliance and regulatory work are paramount. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Day-to-Day Maintenance: Ensure the functionality and support of our electronic communications system. Address technical issues promptly.
• Process Optimization: Leverage automation tools to build scalable, reusable, and robust solutions. From inception to completion, your focus will be on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaboration and Problem Solving: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and use cases. Translate these into effective technical solutions.

Desired Qualifications:

• Scripting Skills:
  • PowerShell: Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Batch Scripting: Experience with batch scripting.
• Database Expertise:
  • MS SQL and Oracle: Ability to write T-SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Certificate Management: Familiarity with certificate management processes.
• Application Experience:
  • Java or Tomcat: Exposure to Java or Tomcat environments.
  • Compliance and eDiscovery: Knowledge of compliance and eDiscovery applications.
• Reporting Tools:
  • PowerBi: Experience with PowerBi for data visualization.
  • SSRS: Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reporting.
• Change Management and Incident Response:
  • Service Now: Understanding of Service Now for change management.
  • Database Change Management: Familiarity with database change management processes.
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE): Exposure to SRE practices.
