Basic Job Functions: The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our dynamic maintenance and operations teams, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure the safe maintenance and continuous improvement of production equipment and processes. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and enhancement of equipment. This role also involves providing essential operations support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Implement upgrades to production equipment to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
• Provide operations support as needed to optimize production processes.
• Uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
• Initiate and lead safety initiatives to create a secure working environment for all team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two years of experience in industrial maintenance; OR experience in performing industrial maintenance work and two years of Fabrication Shop experience.
• Electrical Experience is a must, must be able to read schematics/diagram and install/modify equipment.
• Ability to work 40 hour weeks, OT is mandatory
• Willingness to attend overtime classroom/online training to further develop maintenance skills.
