Description: Our client is currently seeking a IT Support Specialist to work onsite in various locations across Austin, TX. Please Note: This position will require a valid drivers license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical assistance to our employees and clients.
- You will be responsible for resolving issues related to hardware, software, network, and security
- Main Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support to employees and clients via phone, email, chat, and remote access
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft POS, and other applications
- Configure and manage Intune devices, policies, and profiles
- Monitor and maintain the security and performance of the IT infrastructure and devices
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware and software procurement, installation, and maintenance
- Create and update IT documentation, manuals, and procedures
- Train and assist users on IT policies and best practices
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or administration
- Potential for leadership opportunities down the line for more Senior applicants
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Dynamics
- Familiarity with Microsoft security tools and solutions, such as Defender, MFA, and ATP
- Basic knowledge of network configuration, protocols, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Additional Success Factors:
- Intune expertise
- Microsoft, network, and cyber security certifications are a plus
