Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all aspects of SAP operations and plant maintenance activities.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize SAP processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in SAP operations, identifying and implementing best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.; advanced degree preferred.

- 10 years of proven leadership experience in a similar role.

- Extensive background with SAP, with a minimum of 20 years of hands-on experience with a focus on SAP EAM and Plant Maintenance.

- Proficient in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module, including master data, notifications, and work orders.

- In-depth knowledge of EAM processes, including asset tracking, maintenance planning, and reliability-centered maintenance.

- Strong understanding of integration points with SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Project Systems (PS).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing SAP projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP certification(s) highly desirable.

- Experience in the Utilities industry is a plus.

- Proven ability to lead teams through SAP upgrades and implementations.
