As an Experienced Dental Tech CAD/CAM Exocad Designer you will play a crucial role in the digital design and production of dental restorations using Exocad software. You will work closely with our team of dental technicians to create custom dental prosthetics and restorations with precision and attention to detail. Our client in Tempe AZ has an IMMEDIATE need to find outstanding candidates for this role. This is a full time, direct hire role offering a starting compensation between $90-120K per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Design: Utilize Exocad software to design dental crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, and other prosthetic components.
• Case Analysis: Collaborate with dentists and clinicians to analyze patient cases, ensuring accurate and aesthetically pleasing restorations.
• Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on digital designs to ensure they meet our strict quality standards and the dentist's specifications.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, dentists, and clients to ensure accurate case planning and execution.
• Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CAD/CAM technology and Exocad software to optimize design processes and outcomes.
• Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality in design.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of design specifications, modifications, and client preferences.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of [X years] of experience as a Dental Tech CAD/CAM Designer with a strong focus on Exocad software.
• Exocad Proficiency: Proficient in using Exocad software for digital dental design, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Dental Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental anatomy, terminology, and restoration techniques.
