The Judge Group is seeking a S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) & Stock Manager for a major aerospace production and distribution corporation in the Fayetteville, GA area. The qualified individual will have experience balancing supply and demand. It involves various departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure that the company's inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demands while also being cost-effective.

COMPENSATION: $100,000 to 110,000

MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management or related

MUST HAVE: 7 years of experiences in Manufacturing, Aerospace or Aviation etc. in a S&OP management position

MUST HAVE: PMP (or PRINCE II) a plus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Report directly to the Vice President of Supply Chain international

- Manage all aspects of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process

- Conduct customer demand reviews

- Manage Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP) processes:

- Conduct customer demand reviews

- Ensure that S&OP demand matches strategic plans

- Conduct Internal Supply Reviews

- Work with Directors to ensure workload/capacity matching

- Balance workload and capacity variances

- Review suppliers and subcontractors (Delivery, Quality, Performances)

- Lead S&OP Review meetings

- Prepare the monthly inventory analysis

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management or related

- 7 years of experiences in Manufacturing, Aerospace or Aviation etc. in a S&OP management position

- Lean Sigma experience

- Microsoft Project experience preferred

- PMP (or PRINCE II) a plus

- Black Belt certification (or desire to obtain)
