Judge Development Corp is looking for a summer maintenance tech for our commercial properties in South Burlington and Williston. The position will report to our Assistant Property Manager.

This role has flexible hours, but needs to be a minimum of two days per week through the summer, and will primarily be charged with lawncare, with other inside and outside work as needed.

Responsibilities:

Basic maintenance for:

• Lawncare
• Basic electrical
• Basic carpentry
• Basic plumbing
• Basic HVAC/thermostat
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of building maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of machinery, equipment, and tools for the maintenance and repair of buildings
• Must possess valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation
• Must be reliable, hard-working, committed, and able to establish and maintain good working relationships with staff and tenants
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs
• Clean appearance is a must
• 1 yr general maintenance experience preferred but will train the right person
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
