Judd Orthodontics is Hiring an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Near Mesa, AZ

We are in search of a friendly, professional, and experienced Expanded Functions Dental Assistant to join our fabulous team! With offices in Mesa and Queen Creek, we are seeking someone who enjoys creating a supportive atmosphere where patients receive exceptional orthodontic care. Patient satisfaction is our top priority. We offer competitive wages and strive to create a work environment where all feel valued as a part of our team. At least 1 year experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Excellent Patient Care
  • Instrument Sterilization
  • Digital X-Rays
  • Digital Intraoral Scans
  • Diagnostic Photos
  • Maintain Accurate Patient Records
  • Perform Orthodontic Adjustments
  • Size Bands and Trim Wires
  • Take Alginate Impressions
  • Basic Lab Work
  • Ordering all supplies for back office

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an expanded functions dental assistant- minimum 1 year preferred
  • Knowledge of orthodontic instruments and sterilization techniques
  • Good computer skills
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Basic lab skills and understanding
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good attendance and timeliness
  • Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certification
