What You Will Do
Oversee 1-3 Senior and Staff Accountants
Participate in policy setting
Manage bookkeeping, tax, and other deadlines
Participate in client meetings alongside other J&A Staff, Managers, and Principals
Work with clients to obtain accounting, tax, and other data
Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and other returns
What Skills You Will Need

Ability to work under pressure against deadlines
Passion for small businesses and their success
Ability to work with any type of small business owner

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
CPA Licensure
Preferred Qualifications
5 years accounting
Supervisory/managerial experience
Advanced degree
QuickBooks expertise
Solid technical accounting knowledge
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Tax return preparation (1040, 1065, 1120) experience
Computer savvy; embrace and learn new technology with ease!
