Purpose: To provide leadership and organization to the Landscaping Department. This includes the oversight and training of all crew members, managing the existing customer base and working to expand the base. Procuring and maintaining tools and equipment needed to perform landscaping jobs.

Qualifications:

• Landscaping experience of at least 10 years
• Supervisory experience of at least 3 years
• Good people and customer skills
• Good organization skills
• Valid driver’s license

Working Conditions/Physical Factors: 

• Lifting
• Moving/Walking
• Driving of company trucks 
• Work in all weather conditions

Duties:

• Lead the Landscaping Department by proving oversight and vision to each area. Work to improve the efficiency and ability of every team member.
• Provide oversight and accountability for all direct reports including setting goals, monitoring workflow, training, and coaching.
• Provide training to Aftercare Program student employees to help develop trade related skills.
