Juan Siao is Hiring a BOH Team Member Near Johnson, TN
We are looking for experienced and hardworking line cooks to prepare delicious entrees for our guests. Line cooks help check kitchen stock for fresh ingredients and supplies, prepare components before each meal service, and ensure the work area is clean and ready.
Responsibilities
- Prepping ingredients before each service
- Prepare dishes according to Chef's instruction
- Plating and garnishing dishes before they are served
- Maintain a clean work environment
Requirements
- 1 years of cooking in a professional kitchen preferred
- Excelling in a variety of cooking styles and techniques
- Knowledge of food safety rules and regulations
- Flexible schedule
