Finance Planning & Analysis Manager

(Marketing Investment)

About the Role
Support management with business decision-making through timely and accurate financial reporting, planning and analysis for Marketing and Trade Programs. Key responsibilities: development, submission and tracking of Marketing and Trade budgets. Support other functions with financial valuations for the different levels of investment, apply sound financial discipline and judgement, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure the ROI from Marketing and Trade investments.

What you will do

• Maintain monthly reporting and prepare monthly updates with comprehensive analysis of market performance for Marketing and Trade investment vs. plans and prior year for Local and Regional Management.
• In cooperation with the accounting department and global services center, ensure correct and timely month close. Interpret the information, identifying trends, and provide recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Prepare short-term and long-term financial forecasts for all planning cycles along with plan to plan variance analysis. Liaise with other functions to collect all necessary data to create new forecasts or make revisions to existing ones.
• Perform comprehensive profitability analysis for new business accounts, new territories and new promotional rates. Support Marketing and Sales teams with financial evaluation of all their business initiatives. Prepare financial back-ups for internal approval processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and implement return on investment measures, help prioritize initiatives within the confines of the budget. Prepare backup for additional budget requests to the Regional management, as needed.

Who We Are Looking For

A dynamic, self-started, and result-oriented person, with:

• 5 Years in a Finance role with prior experience in planning and analysis, preferably in multi-national FMCG organization.
• 4 year BA/BS Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business, or related fields.
• Fluency in English
• Advanced excel and analytical skills combined with ability to think strategically and understand business needs.
• Self-starter, able to think outside the box, must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work cross-functionally and interface with various levels of management. Open to a multinational work environment.
• Ready to work under tight deadlines.
• Focus on high results. Constant striving for maximum accuracy
