Purpose of this role
The incumbent is responsible for the outsourcing of retail call coverage plans and distribution services for JTI USA in line with the company's strategic objectives. Maintain open lines of communication between vendors and internal partners to address and promptly act on any discrepancies. The incumbent would track vendor deliverables and service agreements to ensure accountability and mitigate potential risks while upholding organizational standards. This position is internal and based in our headquarter office with direct ties to the field sales force and chain account team.
