JTD Enterprises is Hiring a Quality Technician Near Lutz, FL

Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections of products to ensure compliance with company standards, drawings and customer specifications
- Perform quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Utilize various measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify product dimensions
- Analyze data and test results to identify trends or potential issue
- Conduct quality inspection tests where required for conformance to specifications/test procedures i.e., deflection test, pull test, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality records
- Make recommendations for both corrective and preventative action steps for all operations. - Document Nonconforming material and track disposition progress - Assist in the root cause analysis of nonconforming material

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a quality role preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, AS9100, IPC-610, and/or IPC-620
- Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or potential issues
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - General manufacturing and mechanical assembly
