Job description - Fire Sprinkler - OKC - 2024
Fire sprinkler Technicians are like automatic firefighters - We will provide you with superior on-the-job training paid for through JTC. Be aware that qualifying may be difficult because of the background checking process set forth by the OK Dept. of Labor for trainee licensing.

TO BE CLEAR, YOU MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS TO GET A LICENSE TO WORK :

1. A valid driver's license

2. No felonies or some misdemeanors on your background check

3. Must pass a drug test - No prescription medicine can be in your system to operate company equipment or company vehicles.

No Experience is needed to start but you will need an OSHA 10 construction card and an occupational trainee license to get $18 starting pay. If you have 1 year of_ experience in FIRE SPRINKLER you may get up to $21 starting pay._

No license or OSHA? NO PROBLEM. Most of our guys complete the FREE OSHA 10 training in their first week of work. We will give you a voucher for the online training as well as an application for the trainee license signed by our company managers. * Be aware you will start work at $16 until you get your required training and licensing, as required by law, completed.

Free training in OSHA 10, CPA First Aid, forklift, scissor lift, and fall protection. In commercial construction, this education is almost as good as a degree from college.

JTC has an old-school apprentice training plan that is based on RESPECT! It's truly a "learn as you earn" We can speed up your training and get you the best long-term commercial construction career possible.

RIGHT NOW WE NEED:

1. Fire Sprinkler Trainee - Pipefitter with perks and benefits. Light travel. You will get a company truck and phone in as little as 90 days of performance without any scheduled breaks. ( Calling in or taking off random days)

2. Commercial Glass Installer - Called a glazier. Install commercial glass in large buildings and hospitals. Lots of overtime.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Drivers' license and self-owned transportation

2. A clean background, must pass a drug test

3. How to read a measuring tape (there will be a test)

4. 1 year or more construction experience in ANY field
