ESSENTIAL DUTIES1. Optional Tour Reservations a: Arrange LOOK, Group, Web, and other agents optional tour bookings and coordinate bookings from various sources (FZK, TOGO, Hawaiioption.com, etc). Handle gourmet coupon bookings and golf reservations.b: Use reservation system (SS, TOGO, MyBus) and phone; input data for future, last minute booking, etc. 2. Optional Tour Operationa: Control option blocks in various in-house computer systems (FZK, SS, etc); Prepare dispatch sheets, communicate essential information and assist with agent's reservations, assist Customer Service staff regarding optional tours, and system inputting.b: Is a direct contact to JTB in Japan by e-mail and customer; respond to claims and perform investigations as necessary. Report any incidents, such as option cancellations or accidents to Customer Service staff, as well as Japan offices.3. Optional Tour Planninga: Assist to negotiate, coordinate, and establish contracts with business partners for optional tours.b: Participate in determining rates, check vendors’ insurance, create cancellation policies, check contents of tours, booking procedures, etc. ・Distribution of information and codes, rates to various sales channels. ・Update and maintain optional tour tariff data in various in-house computer systems. ・Update JHI Web, hawaiioption.com, etc.c Communicate in person, by phone, or e-mail, with business partners to verify information; check on quality and complaints.
