We have a full-time leasing position, available to the right candidate. Located in Mission Viejo, Ca.
All candidates must have minimum of 6 months experience in apartment leasing or a minimum of one year customer Service and sales.
Yardi a plus.

Resolve leasing complaints from residents
Execute leasing activities for assigned properties
Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations
Distribute communications from the leasing office to residents or organize resident activities
Perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties
Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office
Establish and maintain existing relationships with leasing and internal customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
