Job Summary: We are seeking a Banquet Set-up to join our team. As a Banquet Set-up, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of events and banquets. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: - Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations - Arrange and organize banquet equipment and supplies - Assist with food preparation and plating as needed - Ensure all areas are clean and presentable before, during, and after events - Provide excellent guest service by responding to requests and inquiries promptly and professionally - Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure smooth event flow - Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and adhere to proper sanitation practices - Assist with bartending duties as required Experience: - Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in banquets, catering, or restaurants - Knowledge of banquet set-up procedures and best practices - Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Guest relations experience is a plus Join our team as a Banquet Set-up and be part of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
