Job Summary:
We are seeking a experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your role will involve preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as ensuring the bar area is clean and well-stocked.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and servers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of various types of alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Food handling certification or willingness to obtain one
- Must be at least 21 years old
