Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping and proven leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in various tasks including landscape construction, maintenance, and irrigation.
- Oversee the installation of landscape features such as gardens, lawns, trees, and irrigation systems.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
- Ensure that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising a landscaping team.
- Proficiency in various aspects of landscaping including lawn care, garden maintenance, tree care, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to build and maintain landscapes according to design specifications.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of plant species, soil types, and pest control methods in landscaping.
