POSITIONFUNCTION

Responsible for overallproject management of ongoing and onetime client jobs. Coordinatesall phases of creative production manufacturing and distribution ofthe clients direct mail product while ensuring adherence to thespecifications supplied to the Company by the client.

Assures thefinancial and procedural efficiencies for all projects managed.

MAJORRESPONSIBILITIES

Providessupport to ongoing projects and serves as main production contacton onetime projects and lowmedium complex jobs.

• Monitors production of projects andprovides physical quality checks for all assigned jobs as requiredin Quality Checklist.
• Collaborates with thesales department to prepare information required for client visitspreflight meetings approval sessions meetings orpresentations.
• Communicates schedulesinstructions or specification changes clearly to internal andexternal clients and understands and can explain theirramifications.
• Understands / interpretsestimates requests for quotes and sales proposals to assure thatproject production and project financial plan remainprofitable.
• Keeps an accurate record of theamount of time put forth into each project analyzes and compares toestimates and tracks trends to provide scheduling and estimatingdata aiding in their processes.
• Producesinvoices on projects in an accurate and timely manner making sureall billable charges are captured. Suggests ways to moreefficiently invoice each project.
• Recognizesconcerns and problems and escalates them in a timely andprofessional manner.
• Adheres to all SecurityPolicies and Procedures as referenced in the Employee SecurityHandbook.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal office environment and some exposureto a manufacturing plant facility onsite. The hybrid schedule isbased on the departments rotating schedule for inofficeassignments.

Requirements QUALIFICATIONS

35 yearsof project management experience in direct marketing or relatedfield.

College degree in graphic communications printingtechnologies or businessrelated field or equivalentpreferred.

Knowledge of postal regulations andprocedures is essential. Knowledge of laser imaging binderyprepress printing lettershop and data processing a plus.

Experience with color digital is a plus.

Strong projectmanagement multitasking and attention to detail.

Demonstrates effective communication and customer servicesskills.

Ability to focus on priorities and objectivesand adhere to target deadlines.

Must have strongorganizational skills to manage deadlines prioritize workload andadjust to meet business needs.

Recordsmanagement / document control experience desired; paper andelectronic.

Intermediate experience with MicrosoftOffice 365 (Excel Teams Word and Outlook). ESSENTIAL JOBFUNCTIONS

Must be able to communicate proficientlyorally and in writing in English.

Able to readhandwritten printed materials and computer screens.

Musthave the manual dexterity to manipulate a computerkeyboard.

Must be able to communicate via the telephoneand teleconferencing.

Ability to travel by automobile orairplane when necessary.
