Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Follow proper food safety procedures to ensure food quality and safety
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
