The Keller Williams Realty - GO Network is looking to hire talented individuals that work well in a team setting and can keep up with a fast-paced environment. We are looking to make hires in multiple DFW locations.
Agent Concierge is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. Their duties include answering and transferring phone calls to associates, sorting and delivering mail to associates and greeting visitors when they arrive to the office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable, and welcoming
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Some requirements include but are not limited to:
-The ideal candidate must enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude, as well as be a self-starter and a servant leader with a passion to help others.
- Bright, energetic, detail-oriented individual who can work well under pressure.
-Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain superb customer service oriented.
-Must have basic computer skills with Microsoft office and all Google Suite Applications.
-Must have superior communication skills both written and oral.
-Must be able to work quickly and find resolutions to issues as they arise. Quick problem solving is required.
-Requirement to be comfortable with evolving technology and able to understand current
