- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about membership and class options
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with class bookings
- Maintain a clean and organized studio

```Requirements:```
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong sales skills to promote Pilates services and upsell when appropriate
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in spa/salon/fitness sales a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
