We are currently seeking a Service Sales Representative to develop business relationships and sell our roofing service and maintenance program .

If you are a highly driven Sales Rep that loves building customer rapport, you are our ideal candidate.

Must live in the Nashville area, position is located at corporate office in Greenbrier

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

• Generate own leads and business opportunities
• Focus on our service and maintenance program
• Make extensive out-going calls to potential customers
• Visit businesses to create contacts, generate leads, and establish new customers
• Utilize various media facilitating the sale of our services
• Provide value to our customers through : understanding the customer's business / needs, offering solutions, and suggestive selling
• Hunting to identify new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Manage existing accounts while consistently generating new accounts

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated and have a hunger to succeed
• Roofing / Construction sales experience
• Must be confident approaching business owners, property managers, and decision makers
• Outgoing, hunter personality
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Clean riving record
