The Oracle Technical Analyst is responsible for all aspects of the solution design, development, and support of ERP, EDI and Supply Chain Solutions. This role assists with business process improvement, application development, application maintenance, and utilizes technical proficiency to work effectively with other technical or non-technical personnel and business providing responsive and high-quality support to the organization’s ERP and supply chain platforms. Primarily focuses on design and development of technical solutions leveraging various technologies in addition to requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and supporting enterprise applications. The candidate should be versatile and highly motivated. Role would require at least 7 years of implementation and support experience with Oracle ERP focused on development and good understanding of configurations and transactional flows.

What You'll Do:

• Directly involved in the solution design and system improvement for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay modules in Oracle ERP, EDI and Korber WMS. Provide technical support in all areas, especially logistics and warehouse management.
• Act as a liaison between cross functional departments (Finance, Sales & Order Management, Supply Chain & Operations) to understand detailed business requirements and convert those business needs into technical solution requirements, participate in all functional/technical designs to deliver an optimum business solution
• Assist business users with the features and capabilities of the current design
• Participate in design sessions and develop effective technical solutions
• Design and document architectural business process flows
• Provide operational and maintenance support of Oracle EBS Modules – Order Management, Shipping, Financials, Inventory, WMS, Procurement & Planning
• Support month-end closing process
• Design, develop, test, and support integrations between internal and external systems (3PL Warehouse, FlexPLM, B2B Platforms, Freight Forwarder, Concur, etc.)
• Ability to design and implement web-based applications using APEX application builder, including forms, reports
• Design logic for analytical visualizations/reports from multiple data sources (both ad-hoc and scheduled) using SQL, Domo and Excel
• Follow documentation, software development methodology, version control and testing, and migration standards
• Develop a cooperative environment and culture that fosters knowledge sharing, a positive work environment, and embodies the JR286 culture
• Provide system guidance and mentoring to others in areas of expertise
• Other duties as assigned

What to Bring:

• Strong development skills in Oracle EBS R12 leveraging SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Forms & Report Builders, Oracle Workflow Builder, Oracle Applications Framework, JDeveloper, XML Publisher
• Excellent development skills with experience in PLSQL and REST / SOAP Web services
• Extensively worked on various data conversions and developed and worked on various customizations and interfaces
• Interface experience with external systems using APIs, Open interfaces & Webservices
• Experience in Oracle APEX/ Oracle Application Express including workflow setups
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and AWS Application Integration Services is a huge plus
• Experience in tuning SQL queries
• Good understanding of transactional flow and configurations in Oracle ERP primarily around OM, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, INV, PO, Costing, and Finance Modules including AR, AP, FA, and GL
• Experience in electronic data interchange (EDI) file format, mapping for various documents like EDI 850, 810, 856, etc. and transformation with any EDI partner
• Understanding and exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS and OCI is nice to have
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
• Ability to understand business requirements, improve business process efficiency, and optimize process improvement change
• Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
• Have good understanding of project management methods, AIM and Agile Methodology
