**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Head Custodian to oversee the custodial operations and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. **Responsibilities:** - Perform industrial cleaning tasks such as buffing, floor care, and general custodial duties - Supervise custodial staff and coordinate work schedules - Inspect facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Address maintenance issues promptly and report major repairs to management - Train new custodial staff on proper cleaning procedures - Implement and enforce safety protocols **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in industrial cleaning, buffing, floor care, and facilities maintenance - Knowledge of custodial practices and commercial cleaning techniques - Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces and materials - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job This position offers competitive pay, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.
