Job Description:

Job Summary: The Intermed Business App Analyst is responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of their assigned application’s functionality and for combining that knowledge with information technology experience to build and maintain a system that enhances workflows. They are responsible for the design, build, testing, validation, implementation, and ongoing support of the assigned application(s).

Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities:

  • Analyzes and completes service requests and provides application support for assigned applications and systems by performing workflow assessments, capturing business needs, and analyzing internal systems to determine functional requirements.
  • Performs complex system configuration changes related to upgrades and vendor-related fixes and notifications.
  • Coordinates design development and implementation of larger initiatives.
  • Participates in the development of testing scenarios and testing scripts; participates in application unit level and integrated testing.
  • Keeps informed of industry trends and vendor upgrades, enhancements, and offerings; partners with customers to recommend and implement solutions as appropriate.
  • Creates and modifies reports as required and completes appropriate data validation.
  • Follows departmental processes, including but not limited to on-call, project prioritization, status reports, security, documentation, change control, RCA, and time tracking.
    Kronos Advanced Scheduling Analyst:
  • Creates and maintains application configuration relating to Kronos Timekeeper and Workforce Advanced Scheduler, including, but not limited to, pay rules, work rules, pay codes, holiday table, accrual rules, profiles, labor level entries and sets, Hyperfind queries, Function Access Profiles, Genies, Scheduler Org Map, etc.
  • Performs special projects as assigned relating to a Kronos upgrade, conversion, configuration change, or efficiency improvements.
  • Identifies and recommends Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) data interface requirements between Kronos and Lawson. Audits interface results to ensure a clean and accurate production environment.
  • Provides analysis and reporting of data from the Kronos system.
  • Grants, audits, and terminates all Kronos system access requests.
  • Audits Kronos entries to ensure compliance with network policies and federal and state guidelines.
  • Identifies best practices and recommends them to management to increase application efficiency, data integrity, compliance, and end-user productivity.
  • Identifies and responds to requests for Kronos training needs. Develops and provides both group and individual Kronos training to end users.
  • Works with end users, Information Technology support staff, and UKG Global Support to troubleshoot problems and resolve application issues.
    Document Imaging Analyst:
  • Provides application administration, development, and support, including but not limited to Perceptive Content, Infor/Lawson, and CBORD applications.
  • Develops Document imaging workflow, document/security administration, document imports, OCR technologies, and other application-related administration functions.
  • Administers and troubleshoots Microsoft Windows operating systems, including client and server technologies.
  • Installs, troubleshoots, and configures client application software on Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Develops reports for customers using Microsoft SQL Server or other report writer technologies.

Qualifications:


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field of study from an accredited college or university.
  • Two (2) plus years implementing or supporting healthcare clinical or business applications.
      OR
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Six (6) plus years implementing or supporting healthcare clinical or business applications.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field of study from an accredited college or university.
    • Six (6) plus years implementing or supporting healthcare clinical or business applications.
