You will be playing a key role in Product Delivery for Digital Products and will perform End to End User acceptance testing, release coordination and support production issues.You must be self-motivated, willingness to attain challenging goals, and ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced changing environment working independently and remaining organized. As a lead, you will enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, Digital Product managers, Scrum teams, design and other functional areasJob Responsibilities: Lead UAT delivery for key initiatives under multiple work streams for web and mobile applications. Develop and implement automation solutions, best practices and guidelines to ensure consistency and maintainability of automation efforts. Monitor and analyze automated test results, identify failures to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Coordinating and prioritizing testing efforts across multiple functional areas including test planning, execution, and defect management to ensure timely and successful Product delivery Manage projects by tracking progress, anticipating and eliminating roadblocks. Report progress and test results to project stakeholders and leadership. Assess and communicate risks , propose mitigation strategies and make recommendations for any potential impacts Monitor and ensure the stability and performance of systems, applications, and services in multiple environmentsRequired Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field of study, or equivalent relevant experience Minimum 8 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing role Banking, Financial industry experience is a plus Have a detailed understanding of common defect management tools, detail orientated with flexibility to work across different stakeholders/partners, and an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies. JIRA experience - have an understanding of more advanced capabilities such as creating dashboards and complex queries using JQL Experience working in an Agile environment and methodologies with Hands-on knowledge of SDLC and Testing methodologies/best practices
