As a Product Delivery Associate in Trade and Working Capital, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.

Job responsibilities
  • Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
  • Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
  • Support Program Office Execution by managing documented processes (i.e. new project requests, resource allocation, change controls, etc.), creating project tracking reports and presentations, and enforcing project management standards and governance through toll gating and project reviews
  • Aid in project initiatives through execution of project tasks (i.e. meeting agendas, minutes, action log, etc.)
  • Manage multiple document repositories supporting the project office through tasks such as: certifying all users with access to Product Delivery repositories on an annual basis and managing record retention within the SharePoint sites per the firm’s policy & procedures
  • Research global fintech’s to understand their value proposition and alignment to capabilities T&WC are looking to leverage to build client solutions. Provide feedback on overall solution design, workability and solution baseline. Understand client needs and how our technology and business solutions (current and future state) align to their needs. Handle communication with potential fintech partners and arrange meetings to view demos and understand their product/platform capabilities.
  • Work alongside Product teams (Core & Structured) on product design, development and delivery and learn how concepts become reality by participating in the product evolution process. This includes research, analysis and minutes/scribe in meetings and design sessions.
  • Understand how projects are managed and executed by learning process and program reporting. Work alongside project/program managers with documentation and communication.
  • Collaborate with product to identify any areas of improvement and target market for any proposed innovation solutions. Research marketplace, competitors and other fintech’s to estimate valuation, market size, revenue opportunity (based on market penetration and other market criteria). Build business plans, forecast financial outcomes, design marketing materials and more for our current and prospective FinTech projects.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
  • Work alongside with Product and partner with Legal, Controls, Operations and IT on reviewing and understanding various complex design and solution decisions required. Understand/learn how to identify potential risk mitigants and control points required to adhere to legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
  • Leverage the vast JPMC network to identify and understand our capability footprint and stack to engage in further designing a viable solution and product for our clients. Utilize internal resources to learn more about T&WC, Payments, and other areas of JPMC.
