In order to accomplish this goal we are increasing our investment and presence across paid media, utilizing a variety of paid marketing channels to increase awareness, build consideration and drive conversion.

The Home Lending marketing team is seeking a highly effective and innovative Sr. Associate to help drive growth and expansion of the paid media program. This role will be particularly focused on running multi-channel (display, online video, programmatic, digital out-of-home, paid social, etc.) digital paid media campaigns for both local and national strategies. 

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the Home Lending Digital Marketing team, the Sr. Associate will be part of a team of paid media marketing managers as well as other digital marketing channel owners. This role will be highly cross functional, partnering with several internal centers of excellence as well as external partners such as media and creative agencies, to generate awareness, create consideration and drive conversion of Home Lending products and services. The Sr. Associate will help drive strategy development, execution and the on-going optimization of paid media campaigns.

The successful candidate will have great communication and project management skills, and a collaborative and resourceful style that allows them to excel in both problem solving and client interaction. The successful candidate will be well versed in formulation of overall marketing strategies aligned with client needs, business goals, execution and forecasted results. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid media strategies to meet business goals and objectives
  • Successfully manage, and influence cross-functional resources to execute initiatives on time, on budget and with quality
  • Create weekly, monthly, and/or ad hoc reports for senior leadership that include analysis of campaign performance along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement
  • Partner with media centers of excellence and agency teams to identify and implement new opportunities for testing
  • Advise on landing page and creative development; Provide optimization recommendations and track impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: 

  • 4 years of digital marketing or paid media experience; 
  • Self-starter with ability to grasp concepts quickly and collaborate with business partners for information to shape a comprehensive and successful marketing strategy
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
  • Highly organized with exceptional ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make data/knowledge-based recommendations
  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
  • Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant measured improvement
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships; lead through collaboration; recognized as a team player
  • Skilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization with continuously changing priorities
  • Proven ability to take initiative, influence others and achieve results
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Minimal travel required

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: 

  •  Financial services industry experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field from an accredited college/university
