As an Intelligent Automation Operations Associate in the Intelligent Automation team, you will be responsible for being part of the team at the forefront of this growth and transformation journey, leveraging digital tools (e.g. UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.). You will support the Asia Pacific (APAC) Securities Services Operations teams through collaborating with global and regional business stakeholders to deliver against our roadmap.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate internal stakeholder discussions and forums with clear outcomes and actions to drive a consistent strategy. 
• Own and drive timely delivery of proof of concepts, partnering with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Provide reporting and communication to senior management.
• Review and understand business requirements, then determine feasibility of development, with one or more tools from the digital toolkit. The primary focus will be on opportunities using UiPath and Alteryx.
• Undertake scripting and development of requirements in coordination with the business, with one or more tools from the digital toolkit in accordance with lifecycle methodology and risk and control guidelines. This includes raising relevant requests, performing Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 
• Undertake change management/maintenance of requests for existing builds, where required.
• Coordinate and communicate with the business and appropriate technology teams, to ensure on-time completion of project as per requirements.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide technical trouble-shooting on current and existing builds.
• Partner with teams in other locations to support development work for the APAC Securities Services Operations organization.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5 years’ experience in financial services or a related industry sector such as professional services, or technology providers.
• Experience in articulating incubation and proof of concept ideas that demonstrate value, taking through to execution.
• Ability to multi-task and proven problem solving capability with demonstrated ability to drive issues through to resolution.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience with Alteryx, UiPath and Tableau an advantage.
• Understanding of the Custody and Fund Services operating model preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
